Does my mail come with tracking?
No. Mail is sent using standard USPS and does not include tracking. This allows us to keep shipping costs low and make the club more affordable for members.
What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
The Paper Pocket club mail is sent without tracking and cannot be guaranteed once it has been handed over to the postal service. If you experience an issue, please contact us, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
How long does my order take to ship?
Mail is shipped in the first week of the month of the subscribed month.
Example: An order placed in October is for the November mail and will be shipped in the first week of November.
Delivery times vary by country. Most members can expect their mail within 1-4 weeks after it ships, but international mail can take longer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes.
